  I was looking to change my Jag back in January but having found out even ay 5 years old they still suffer horrific depreciation I decided to cut my losses and pop over the road and look at the new Golf. I spoke to Phil who was most obliging and arranged a test drive in a new Golf straight away. I took the car out and loved it. I went home and spoke to the Wife and arranged another visit. After a second test drive I placed an order for a Golf R. The deal was superb and the part ex I got offered was £500 better than Jag offered against a £50k motor. The communication I have received from January up until the car arrived last week was spot on, the VW App is useful but the texts and calls kept me informed every step of the way. I must have sent 30 emails while waiting asking different things and Phil answered every one promptly, informatively and politely. I was treated like royalty when I went to pick the car up and there were some nice little touches that made really put the icing on the cake. Thank you to Phil for looking after me and to Ash for pointing me in the right direction. The car is a revelation and dealing with the team at Tamworth has been a pleasure !!
